My Corporate Doctor is a financial management consultancy that assists a wide range of industries. The business is headed by Managing Partner Mr Richard Wood (left).

My Corporate Doctor is a division of the Zentrix Group. Zentrix and it predecessor company have been advising and helping businesses by employing unique software tools and allied consultancy since 1996.
The banking connection
My Corporate Doctor employs its own proprietary, user friendly financial modeling software program to provide a critical financial analysis of your business. Recently, the major banks adopted this software for the specific purpose of processing and approving business finance applications. In fact, the Zentrix team has been engaged to provide training to the lending managers of these very same financial institutions. Needless to say, our team have the experience and expertise to deliver the goods.
Aside from assisting in identifying a business' ability to meet the banks "hidden criteria" for finance applications, the software has proven highly beneficial in predicting possible tax liabilities before the end of a financial year. Even where there hasn't been a tax problem, our service has been invaluable in graphically identifying the key drivers within a business that can assist in turning a loss-making or average turnover business, into an extremely profitable one.
Why doesn't my own accountant offer this service?
A great majority of accountants are so bogged down with compliance tax work that they do not have either the time or the resources to provide the type of detailed business review that we specialise in. Our service requires both a substantial investment in software as well as a sound professional knowledge of complex accounting ratios and acute business analytical skills. And then, being able to take all this technical jargon and turn it into plain English so that you get the ultimate benefits and see the big picture, does take some skill.
